From how things work to why they exist.

I've always enjoyed making sense of complex things. That instinct is what pulled me into engineering and technical documentation early on, and it's the same instinct that, over time, stopped being satisfied with explaining what something does and started asking why it exists.

Looking back, those were product questions all along. They're what I want to spend my time on now. Not just explaining how things work, but helping decide why they should exist in the first place.
